At the beginning of Year 12, I found myself falling behind in several subjects. I still remember receiving a mark of 35% on my first English assessment. It was a result I had never experienced before, and it forced me to take a step back and reconsider how I approached learning.
I realised that many of the study habits I had relied on were simply not effective. From that point on, I committed myself to improving not only how much I studied, but how I studied. Through consistency, better strategies, and a growing belief in my own abilities, I gradually transformed my results and entered every exam with confidence.
Today, as a Commerce and Computer Science student at UNSW, I am passionate about helping students build that same confidence.
I know first-hand that a disappointing result does not define a student's potential. Through personalised lessons, effective study strategies, and a strong focus on confidence, I help students overcome academic setbacks and achieve meaningful progress. Every student learns differently, which is why lessons are tailored to their individual needs, strengths, and goals.
